Schedule
Last week we made a couple of polls to find a best time for our main operations and trainings. The results showed clearly that most of the people can play on saturday so here is our schedule:
Educational training: Wednesdays, 1700 hours GMT.
Evaluational training (PvP): Fridays, 1700 hours GMT.
Main operation (Campaign): Saturdays, 1800 hours GMT.
Hopefully with a set schedule there will be more activity on each one of the events and if the activities dont last too long we can always have some I&A banter. You will always be able to find the schedule on the group's profile (Steam) or in a new channel that will be made (Discord).
Mods
Recently you may have noticed that i have worked on a surprise for all of you. The surprise is not over yet, while i shipped the first part of the surprise for infantry,i still have to make the second part as well as the pilot surprise (which is big). For those that know what it is i would kindly ask you not to spoil it for others! If you're on our discord you probably noticed that i asked if we should remove RHS and now i will explain why in a few short lines.
RHS Hasn't been updated in a long time,long before Jets DLC.
RHS Is a very big amount of data (10+ GB).
We only use a very small portion of it (Some weapons and equipment).
Its hard to make CTRG gear from it without RHS being dicks about it.
We already have replacements for everything from RHS that we use.
I have made a Poll[strawpoll.com] about RHS to see your opinions on it. Have in mind that the size of our mods has some impact on some of our members as well.
Terrain
Recently i noticed how dull our current terrain for Invade & Annex,G.O.S. Al Rayak is and how its repetitivnes in buildings and villages makes it more boring with each day. Because of that i decided to shift our invade and annex to a different terrain. I cannot decide alone which terrain should that be so i will show you some features that a terrain needs to be suitable for this type of missions:
It needs to be large in terrain mass (Like Altis or bigger,bigger means less repetitivness)
It needs to have a large amount of locations (Cities,Villages,Bases,etc)
It needs to have an Airfield to use for our base (Because of our pilots)
